This named place «Le Clos de Poiloux» was select since Aimé
(father of Xavier) like one of the best plot of our estate. Only Pinot Noir is present.


VINIFICATION

This cuvée came from the vintage 2006.
The vinification in oak barrels reveal the expression of
the Terroir and the Pinot Noir. It stayed 8 years on lattes.


DISGORGING

EXTRA BRUT – 3 g/L

TASTING
Eye : yellow robe with gold tint
Nose : the rst nose is on woody and buttered aromas.
Then its open on caramel and vanilla.
We can also smell some marks of quince, dried fruits and zest.
Mouth : it’s a richness, complex and unctuous mouth. e nal is refreshning.
